A056250 - neutered male German Shepherd mix, 1 year, 65 pounds

Kimo and Kai were left on a property with a caretaker when their owner moved out of state.
Unfortunately they kept escaping and bothering the neighbors, so they came to Animal Services.
Kimo was initially very anxious; he still exhibits that while in the noisy crowded kennels.
Staff and volunteers are building trust with him; each day we see some improvement.

This sweet boy has learned to walk nicely on leash.

Kimo prefers to spend quiet cuddle / massage time to decompress.

He has had several successful playdates with both males and females.
A meet ’n greet is required if you have another dog.
Kimo is ready to follow you home.
