Striking, laid-back, playful and independent are just a few ways the ARC staff would describe Freckles. He is the type of dog that will chill on the floor with a bone while you watch TV. However, while at the ARC Freckles has really come out of his shell. Freckles has done his absolute best to adapt and make friends while here. With some patience and tender love and care, Freckles has shown himself to be all of the above. Come to the ARC and give Freckles the chance to make another new friend. |
