Meet Hummus, a lively and affectionate companion looking for his forever home! Hummus thrives on moderate to high energy activities, enjoying daily walks and engaging in playful tug-of-war sessions. With adequate exercise, he transforms into a calm and well-behaved housemate.

Hummus has a playful side, occasionally getting the "zoomies" indoors and inviting humans and dogs to join the fun with gentle bites and jumps. While he may bark at newcomers or dogs on leash, his curiosity shines through, and he has never displayed aggression.

This charming pup is crate-trained, eating and sleeping peacefully in his crate without any nighttime disturbances. He doesn't exhibit resource guarding issues and willingly lets you handle his food or toys. Hummus, although a bit pushy at times, is a quick learner and responds well to positive reinforcement.

Known for his love of personal space invasion, Hummus enjoys being close, offering kisses, and demanding affection. He follows his human companions around the house, demonstrating curiosity and a willingness to obey commands.

Hummus is a social dog who may benefit from a home where someone is present or regular doggy daycare. He has shown positive interactions with new people, though he may initially bark. Hummus requires an experienced owner who can provide confident direction and consistent positive reinforcement. He is physically strong, so a confident handler is essential to prevent jumping or destructive behaviors. He will do best in a home with no shared walls due to some separation anxiety.

This adorable and trainable canine companion would thrive in a loving home that values exercise, mental stimulation, and positive guidance. If you're ready for a loyal and energetic friend, consider welcoming Hummus into your heart and home. Call (416) 338-PAWS (7297) for more information on Hummus.
