Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Please contact foster at malcolmali97@gmail.com

- House trained and crate trained (goes in the crate when asked and sleeps in it happily) Only has had one pee accident this week

-Rides with me to take my kids to school and daycare every morning, he loves the car and being out!

-Has done great being left out of the crate when we are not home, so long as you don’t leave out shoes

-Great on a leash, no pull unless he sees a friend he wants to meet

- Got a bath at our pet spa and did great for the water and blow dryer, could use a nail trim

- Already knew sit and shake, learning the “watch me” command by clicker training and it’s working great

- Food motivated, wants to please, and VERY smart! If you put the work in, he could be furthermore trained

- Has been in the home with my six and three year old children. He does great with the six year old but is a little too excited for the three year old.
Needs to be taught not to jump (even though he does it very softly, almost like a hug) he is just too big and happy to be around toddlers.

- NO CATS! He will go after them, we have a house cat and they must be separated at all times. He does have a prey drive and wants to catch her but does not fixate on the cat when she is in another room.

- Has shown really great signs of being dog friendly but we do not have a dog and he’s not been in direct contact with any, so we don’t know if he likes all types of dogs
