Our shelter staff can’t get enough of this easygoing 6-year-old, 80-lb Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. A gentle giant, his leash manners are amazing, no pulling at all. At a recent off-site adoption event, he proved to be a total attention hog and loved to meet every dog and person. He hops right into the car and is ready for any adventure. Moonshine is a pro at using the doggy door and goes outside to go potty. He has the cutest ears with, one always seeming to be flipped over. He has a little separation anxiety, so if he needs to be left home alone for periods of time, it is recommended that there is another dog in the house to keep him company. Or even a cat, with which he was very respectful.

Moonshine's adoption fee is $50 and includes his neuter, up-to-date vaccines and flea control, and microchip. To meet Moonshine, please make an appointment online or stop by during our walk in hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
