OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF: Poor Moose was found abandoned in an apartment. He was very skinny and we are working on getting him up to a healthy weight. He LOVES to play with toys; he prefers to keep them to himself by toting them around in his mouth. He’s friendly with people, but may not tolerate the energy of a smaller child. At this time, because he was very hungry, he is starting to become friendly toward the other dogs here at the shelter and should not live with any cats. He needs some work with leash manners, but knows the sit command and is eager to please. Currently weighs 50 pounds; $25 to adopt. |
