Hello all! Zaz is a large-sized, playful fella guy who would love to find a family to go on adventures with and who can give him the enrichment that he needs to be the best boy possible! While here at the shelter, staff have noticed that Zaz does not always show the best in his kennel, but once he is out he settles down for some nice chest rubs and treats; he also knows sit! Zaz is sometimes weary of new people but with patience and yummy treats, he can warm up. Due to this, staff recommends that he go into a home with either older kids who understand and respect him or adults only. For dogs like Zaz, positive outlets and training are a must :) We always recommend slow and supervised introductions to any new animals or people in the home to make sure Zaz is a good fit.
