*My adoption is Fee-waived!*

Introducing Maya, the adorable pit bull with a heart of gold, who's eagerly awaiting her forever home! With her endearing personality and charming demeanor, Maya is sure to win over anyone she meets.

Maya's most striking trait is her unwavering loyalty. Once she forms a bond with you, she'll stick by your side through thick and thin. She's exceptionally sociable with adults and thrives on human companionship, although she hasn't had much exposure to children.

House trained and well-behaved on the leash, Maya is a breeze to take on walks. She's quick to respond to commands, making training a breeze. Maya is familiar with crates and is crate trained, although she much prefers lounging on the bed or snuggling up in your lap. She doesn't know that she is a "little thick" or that she is a pit bull so she often tries to climb up, over, and on you to get closer as if she were a little dog someone might carry around in their bag.

A true sweetheart, Maya loves to give kisses and can't help but wiggle her rear end with joy. While she may be a bit picky when it comes to food, she goes absolutely wild for a slice of cheese. Normal dog treats might not be her thing, but her affectionate nature more than makes up for it.

However, Maya does have some quirks. She's not fond of other dogs and can display aggression towards them, so she'd do best as the only dog in a household. Additionally, loud noises such as a lot of barking dogs like in a kennel, big crowds like a concert, or lots of cars zooming by tend to spook her, so a calm and quiet environment would suit her best.

But don't let her quirks fool you—Maya is a bundle of energy and loves to play! She's an incredible jumper and has the potential to excel in dog frisbee competitions. When she's not showing off her athleticism, Maya cracks us up with her zoomies from room to room when we play inside.
Overall, Maya is an absolute love bug who would thrive in an adult-only home where she can be the center of attention. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's as sweet as can be, Maya might just be the perfect match for you!

Maya is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been neutered, microchipped, and seen by our vet team.
