Where to begin. Scoob is the sweetest boy, who just wants love and affection. The epitome of a gentle giant, even while being severely underweight and struggling with an upper respiratory infection, he responded to baby talk with gentle tail wags. Scoob lumbers more than walks, making him easy to handle on leash. The time I spent with him may have been the last time he has been outside since he was moved to the isolation kennel the very next morning. It breaks my heart all the more be he pumped the brakes when it was time to return to his kennel.

Scoob prescribes to what I call, the “ABT” paradigm, aka “Always Be Touching”. Standing? You’ll soon feel him pressing into you. Sitting? He loves nothing more than push his giant head into you for some gentle rubs and scratches. Scoob is a beautiful boy, inside and out. I’m certain the only reason he hasn’t been scooped up is because he’s been under the weather! But don’t let that deter you, as he is resting up and put on some weight and is ready to find his new home!
