Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
This is Henrietta's story.

When she first arrived at PACC she was weak, severely underweight, hyperthermic, in shock, covered with maggots and wounds over 70% of her body. We don't know what happened to her. She was so skinny and unkept that she appeared like and old lady cat when in fact she was around 8 months old.

She received medical treatment and daily bandage changes for a very long time. She had ups and downs and we weren't sure that she was going to make it. Her frail body was fighting so so hard. She underwent numerous surgeries to include a tail amputation due to necrotic skin, a hernia repair and so many wound repairs that I can't count on my hand.

Most of her hair has grown back. She still has scarred areas where it may never grow back. She has so many scars. She's gone from a tiny 3 lb cat to over 9 lbs of chonkiness. And through it all, whatever caused the injuries to all the poking and medicating, she is the happiest cat ever. She is the bestest girl.

If interested in adopting me email Christinakinsey@gmail.com and please fill out the following form and my foster mom will get back to you!
