I am a spayed female, tortie and white Domestic Shorthair.

I weigh approximately 6.90 lbs.

The shelter staff think I am about 2 years old.

I have been at the shelter since Nov 17, 2023 and am ready to go home today!

I am in Kennel C052.

What we learned from Maize’s foster:
Would you say this animal is vocal, quiet or somewhere in between?
When she gets used to the environment and the people, she is more vocal. She speaks when she wants your pet and attention.

Was your foster pet around other cats?
During the first 2 weeks of foster, she was with another cat. Maize and Buster are getting along really well.

How would you describe your home environment? (calm, busy, etc)
My home environment is pretty calm. It is just me and her.

Where does s/he sleep?
She usually sleeps under my bed or with me when I am sleeping.

Is this pet house broken or litterbox trained?
She is litterbox trained.

Describe play behavior and favorite toys:
She really likes to play with cat wand.

What words and qualities best describe your foster?
She is shy, sweet, and affectionate when she gets used to you.
