My name is Hiccup and I am described as a neutered male, brown and white Pit Bull Terrier mix.

You will find me in Kennel # D03.

The shelter thinks I am about 3 years old.

You may also visit the shelter to adopt in-person. We will give priority to in-person adoptions. There is no guarantee that the animal you apply for online will still be available by the time our adoption counselors are able to reach you.

For online applications, you must include an Animal ID#, and you may include up to 3 animals on one request. Once your request is submitted, a member of our team will be in touch with you by phone, often the next day but within 72 hours.

Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Volunteers describe him as energetic, affectionate and easily excitable. Favorite things: run & play, rolling in grass, and treats. His playstyle is Push/Pull which involves chasing, driving, and heeling. Also motivated by movement and play can get noisy. Human analogy: a game of tag. Socially, he’s selective which means he can play with some dogs but not successfully with all dogs. He would do best in an active home that’s attentive to his high energy needs.
