Saturday mornings are perfect for enjoying warm, fluffy flapjacks topped with butter and syrup, right? How about every morning? Afternoon? Evening? Well, if you adopt our Flapjack, you can do just that! This cute little guy was running around stray and got into a scuffle with some other dogs. We're not sure who started it, but Flapjack did not end up as the winner. This poor fella seems to have had a rough past and bears some evidence of living life primarily outdoors. Gladdis is well mannered. She is a beautiful dog with the most expressive eyes. She loves long walks, easy jogs, neighbors and their treats, bathing in the sun, rolling in freshly mowed grass... While on a leash, Gladdis has met children that were reminded that dogs need slow introductions and have their own space around them. She met passive and playful dogs while on a leash. This sweet girl was a joy! She not only sat perfectly for the car ride but was more than eager to explore! Don’t let her age fool you--she has a lot of pep in her step and definitely leads the way with a wagging tail! She loves treats and may know the 'paw' command a little. When we rested she even laid down a bit and rolled over for a belly rub. Pandora has a lot of life to share!

Pie is an extremely affectionate dog that has lived most of his life in the shelter. He would benefit from some training as he can be hyper but this is at no fault of his own. Having another playmate helps with his energy. Because Pie hasn’t had a lot of interactions with other dogs and been able to be a pup himself, all he wants to do is play while the other dogs are wanting to rest.
